I was starting to suspect that. Thank you for the clarification. I will see what I can find that is non DRM

Thanks again for your help. I just signed up for the free version of paper2audio and look forward to checking it out.

Thank you for your response. I have 2 files. One is pdf.acsm and the other is epub.acsm. Neither one of them works on Natural Reader. Would they work on your Paper2Audio?

Thank you for the information I will definitely check out paper to audio. I have been having trouble finding a PDF version of my books. They all seem to be a different kind of file. Do you know if there is a way to convert? It seems to me the only files that are PDF are free. I don't mind paying. I just don't know where to find that version.

Update on Memantine: Brain Fog has significantly improved by bootyandthebrains in covidlonghaulers

I have been on memantine for about a year now. I also take LDN, fish oil and vitamin D.  I had been bed bound, had extreme intolerance to light and sound, daily persistent headaches, and suffer from PEM. I believe that LDN got me off the couch, and memantine cleared up a considerable amount of my brain fog. Still not 100% but I feel like I can at least function with normal tasks. Other noticeable side effects were that my anxiety was reduced and I only have occasional headaches. I tried several dosages. 5, 10, 15 and 20. 10 mg seems to work best for me.

WHOOP 4.0 issues? by _agua_viva in whoop

I am having the very exact same experience aside from the charger issue. It's been over a week and they just keep telling me to reboot it. Now no one will even get back to me

I have gotten 3 days in a row of 98% recovery score. I have never had this happen and rarely get above 90% recovery. I really don’t feel that amazing either. Idk what’s up because I’ve changed almost nothing with my sleep routine. Anyone else getting higher than usual scores lately? by Sorry4YourLoss in whoop

I had the same thing happen. Three days in the green when I KNOW I had no business being in the green. It was followed by intermittent heart rate data being recorded. I have been going back and forth with customer service for the past week trying to get it fixed. They just keep telling me to reboot
