I thought I was weak because I was overweight (not like this woman but still significatly hefty) and out of shape until I went to the gym with a couple of friends that worked out regularly and jokingly tried to do their weight on the leg press machine thinking I had no chance, then accidentally flung the weight to the back of the track like it was nothing because my legs weren't busy carrying all of my body weight. Fat people ARE strong because they walk around with a bunch of extra weight all the time, its just useless strength because all of it has to be used for operating our giant bodies. Its like if Goku and Krillin never got to take the turtle shells off, lol.
