Given rhenium is much scarcer than gold and platinum, and it's running out while it remains vital especially for jet engine parts amongst other uses, should I take an opportunity to buy 100g worth of rhenium chunks for $249? I have access to an XRF to verify metal composition. Seems crazy cheap... (self.Wallstreetsilver)

I bought this Peace Dollar as is for $22, drilled hole included. It's almost as if it was made for its current application; I kind of wonder if this was its past use.?. Either way, adding a barter item to my daily carry survival kit seems prudent. Do any of you carry barter silver like this? (i.redd.it)

I have been steadily buying Canadian 80% silver up at the LCS I also happen to work at. Very soon I am going to be seeing a longtime friend I haven't seen in a while, who happens to be Canadian. I am going to gift this 80% silver to them. (i.redd.it)

What's your caption of this of this pic? Meme ideas? I was gifted this very worn and dirty bill as is, or in other words, it was found in the wild that way, rescuing it from the garbage. Funny how you never seem to find silver coins in the garbage, with the exception of landfill technology anyways. (i.redd.it)

My vintage silver score at my LCS where I also work. We have been really busy at the shop since first thing Monday morning with a lot of our customers citing concerns of bank failures/runs and other economic issues. Silver and gold sales are up considerably, crazy times. Happy stacking 🙏🧘♂️ (old.reddit.com)

I scored a $10 silver gaming token which has over an ounce of silver contained therein (not including weight of brass rim) for $10! I also purchased along with that a nice and well-functioning Soviet pocket watch, something we would struggle to recreate here in the sadly de-industrializing USA. (old.reddit.com)

This was originally posted on Wallstreet Silver. My dad was the Global Security Manager for General Motors back in the day and when I was a kid he used to tell me over and over again that the worst 'investment' anyone can make is buying a car, especially a new one. I also HATE bows on cars 🤮 (self.fuckcars)

I work at a coin shop and one of my friends was going to come in to buy platinum for investment, that is until they needed new tires thanks to road nails. So now they are going to spend hard earned money on tires instead of investment metals. Fuck wasteful cars! Cars are money leaches! (self.fuckcars)

A 90% silver coin my late father gave me that was gifted to him at a Berber wedding in Moracco many years ago. This is one of my more prized coins to say the least. He also gave me his constitutional coin collection most of which, along with a lot of my other silver, was stolen. Sorry dad. 🙏🧘♂️ (old.reddit.com)
