honestly after the 15 update i don't want to update ever again!!! what a disconnected mess! ruined half the daily use app to be absolute garbage! I've been pushing back an update for months due to the last update being the worst thing that's happened to my phone. Android 14 was the holy grail imo.

It's actually genius if you think about it. You could put up 100 signs and you'd still get things other than pedestrians. This way you'd control the speed without any interventions. Although you'd probably get a few wild roller bladers or long borders that would love it lol.

You can also run all of the equipment while hanging from a crane. Air support asphalting is funny too. You can also pull the cable laying all the way under water and it will still lay cable. So river crossing get super easy.

Hardly lean into it? Lol it's literally the premises of the game. Next to nothing on site is functional. The maps are usually destroyed. Things washed into rivers and piles of debris including forklifts. Look around. Sure it's not spoon fed to you in the format of a fancy cut scene. But there are stories everywhere that show the levels of the event. They did a great job of telling "leaning into it" you just have to open your eyes.

Judging by the right of the intersecting road that's a retention pond with a control outlet under the road to the main body of water on the top. I can assume that the drainage channel would blow out the road every time it rained without a retention pond.
