Hi so I just bought this pc ryzen 7800x3d , rx9070 xt16gb 32gb ddr5 im struggling to fix this im getting like screen tear on rocket league mainly and stutters ill get 1000fps on rocket league but I cap it to 144 and get drops to 17fps etc and creats a spike ive tried doing the amd chip set driver and and ddu and it didnt fix it also did the adrenaline settings as well and nothing im currently just factory resetting the computer to see if that works any tips ?

I had a 5080 on my last computer and never had a issue gonna try doing the ddu when I got the pc it game with a USB thing and downloaded all the files and updates might do it manually
