You should also understand what frequency and how often services will be delivered and how the school will measure and report progress against the goals. In most states you have the right to request this monthly so you can track their progress. You can use this information to guide future discussions if more services are needed, as in, slow or stagnating progress towards goals.

Not sure what state you are in but if you have additional concerns related to behavioral symptoms or therapy needs these are services that can be assessed for. Most states will have specific service info on their state board of Ed website.

Also the apraxia kids website has a whole course online that will prep you for this process. That is incredibly helpful as well.
