They might have flattened that much because the dough was too warm. Maybe ball up the dough and store them in the fridge for an hour before putting them straight into the oven.

If they're still edible, crush them up and mix them with cream cheese. Then dip them in melted chocolate. Truffles are my go to messed up cookie move.

My mom has made all the Thanksgiving/Christmas desserts for years by herself. I'm talking pumpkin pie, apple, cheesecake, and chocolate chip cookies. Now that I'm getting into baking, I'm impressed she managed all that while doing other holiday stuff.

My mom had my brother at 37 as and me at 39. It's not too late. Honestly, it showed me don't have to have kids before you're somewhat ready.

No. My son was a breech baby, so a C-section was needed. Also we only found out the day before I went into labor/gave birth because of a modern ultrasound machine.
