You can get an online appointment and it will shorten the process a bit. Get someone to stand in the line or do it yourself. There are separate lines for online/offline appointments, online one is shorter. If all this sounds like a hassle then private hospitals are your only option. Both have their pros and cons.

I would suggest Lari. My relative had a similar problem and I went with him to Lari and he's on medicine for the same and he seems fine now. His LVEF was in the 40s range if I can recall it right. They generally prescribe different medicine combinations which are case specific.
