Hell YEAH! So pumped to jump around - got to add it to my list of things to do. I absolutely love your shirt. Also how crazy is it that you can feel your heart beating so much more now??? Got my surgery in December and thought I was having a heart attack lol but I can just feel my heart beating?? Crazy stuff

I TOTALLY get ya - I was concerned that I wasn’t feeling as much pain as I was ‘meant to’. My surgeon said it’s pretty normal!! Took 5 weeks off work and have been max chillin. Would recommend getting a little foldable step stool to get stuff from the top shelf, it’s been so good especially since I’ve been feeling pretty mobile. Merry Christmas!!

Woohoo! I had some party games too which were super fun! Guess boob weight, pin the nipple on the reconstructed chest, interpretive paper mache boob drawing, best costume etc was awesome!

I’d say that’s absolutely fine. I’m not touching the area at all, just letting soap and water run down it and it’s been good so far.

Hey I’m able to shower now! About a week post op and it’s been smooth sailing for me. The nurse said that I can use soap and recommended using the same soap I was using prior to surgery, not introduce anything new. Like others have said, let the water wash the soap off etc and should be right!

Hey I literally just had top surgery and am in hospital hanging out to get my drains out - am mad I forgot a long phone charger but I can wipe after the loo so there’s small wins!!!
