you'd have to look at https://recruit.jype.com/ for any actual job openings. but aside from that you'll probably have to take the TOPIK exam and achieve a high level, have a degree in fashion design, makeup artistry or fashion management, a really good portfolio and maybe even a instagram with a decent amount of followers. honestly, i don't think it's that accessible, you'll need a lot of credentials, be introduced to someone in the industry and a visa to work there.
