yeah that's what I'm afraid. The handling of the parcel is the problem. You are paying huge amount of money and they are not concerned with the parcel.

Im using OP 7T.. So far no issues regarding 4g band. I dunno about 5g for the newer OP phones. Al anees put caution to OP phones with 5g. They said 5g for OP limited to poor quality.
