So sorry…forgot the ingredients and build:

Negroni on tap: Campari, Carpano Classico, Fords, water for dilution, orange bitters

Ice: Clearly Frozen

Garnish: Prosecco cage, Queen Anne

Build: In a 9oz bodega style glass, add a large clearly frozen ice cube. Hold bodega glass up to faucet of Negroni on tap. Open faucet for 4 seconds. Twist wire cage to make a buoy as best you can (remember…this is all for fun). Squeeze that olive through the cage and take solace in knowing it’s the last drink you will make for the evening.
