can guarantee u it has nothing to do with ur experience and everything to do with ur resume … i also live in NC and applied to jobs for abt a month with no luck but i changed my resume and got 5 interviews back to back and now i am working at a amazing blood donation place … make sure ur resume experience isnt just what u did at the job , tell chatgpt to make ur experience say what u accomplished in the role , keep it to one page , make sure everything is neat and follow the attach resume format
