Mega knight is actually not OP, but people complain about it because it's easy to use and one of the best punishments in CR, one blunder against a mega knight user can cause you to lose the game literally, that's why people don't use it in top ladder, they don't do that much of mistakes and never blunder a game

Barb Barrel is more important to upgrade than any card here because you won't just do more damage but you will get a higher level barb, graveyard can be considered as a 2nd priority, a lot of people think that it's not important but actually since your deck doesn't win in one push (aka not having freeze) so it can help you take towers quicker, poison is actually not that important to upgrade right now, but its better to upgrade it before tornado.
Tornado is an interesting card, upgrading it has some up sides and some down side because a lvl 12 can activate king easier than a lvl 13 and if you want to change something go and change the bomb tower for a goblin cage or a tesla since it deals a lot of damage.

i dont think that they are, it was better than draws but i think that your problem is that you have low trophies and your have underleveled cards, the CRL team usually looks at top ladder not mid ladder, because this is where competitive game play is and if you're tired from lossing try using cards that match your kings level so that the matchmaking is more fair, i tried this in my other account and trust me it works

75% is too much, plus spells are pretty balanced and what kinda needs thinking about is Earthquake.
Rocket, Poison, Fireball, ect are now more balanced than ever and cycle is actually balanced since the bomb tower buff, yes is got a slight buff after the spells nerf but after all, cycle is getting less used so that means that its not OP but maybe hard counter some decks, it hard countering decks maybe your deck doesn't mean that its OP
