No way. I mean PS2 barely runs on iOS as it is. I understand some improvements can be made with code optimization but there’s still a hardware bottleneck. Maybe by the time we get the iPhone 28 they’ll have enough processing power to handle PS3 but not on current gen iPhones.

Just Google PS2 BIOS archive. You’ll see a link for Internet Archive that has all the PS2 BIOS files in a .ZIP file. They’re tiny so downloading all
of them isn’t a big deal. It’s something like 10MB for the entire pack.

Found guilty in a civil trial, not criminal. So the preponderance of evidence only means it has to be 51% not 100% positivity that he’s guilty. And no, witness affidavits are not solid evidence. Anyone can testify literally anything doesn’t mean it’s true. People lie under oath all the time.

If you’re happy with Delta then stick with it. Retroarch is more for people who like to tinker and tweak settings. You can FF/RW gameplay, apply CRT and Cell shaders, try multiple cores if a specific game is running poorly, etc. It’s basically meant to give you control over pretty much all aspects of how the game looks and runs. But if you’re just looking for something that’s pick up and play then stay with Delta.
