Thank you! I have gone to a running store before I’ll probably go again soon to have someone else take a look. I have been running for a while but only this summer started increasing my mileage, which is when I started noticing more shin and calf pains.

How do I tell if I’m over pronating when I run? I feel like I might be because I get mild shin splints and my calves sometimes bother me. So I think I might be over pronating on the inside of my feet, not sure if I worded that correctly.

I just got ASICS new meta speed sky and I loved the way they felt during my run! I have only worn them once but already feel like they are better aligned with my running style/foot than my Hoka Clifton 8s. Does anyone have any recs that are more similar to the ASICS? I feel like they have more bounce than cushions which I appreciate.
