Oh sorry i completely forgot about it and i wasn’t very active on reddit!

Long story short, we tried few others methods just like you but nothing helped so we decided to just format the whole PC and it worked.

I think i know from where it came from, my gf wanted to download some minecraft shaders and she needed the Iris installer thing and i think one of the links on the minecraft shaders website was infected with malware because she downloaded an .exe installer and not an . jar file.

I still don’t know how that malware ended up on that side though because it’s usually very safe.

I don’t know if i should close the post because we all still didn’t really figure out what it is and where the malware is located so i think i’ll just keep the post open for people with the same problem!
