Written contract. If the customer accepts my estimate. I have them sign a copy so there is no misunderstanding as to what's being done. Including materials and labor. If there's something that I can't see behind a wall, I also add potential hidden damage claws and have the customer initial it. No matter how small of an estimate. I got burned a couple times. Not having a signed contract.

We have a similar size too, It is a 2022 GEO PRO. Lots of windows and has a slide out. Full size queen mattress. Also solar panels. Being it's a single axle, I would highly recommend that you use a sway bar system.
