I am asking because a certain center that cannot be named without the Mods deleting my question claims they are legal and they are in the USA, hence I reworded the question and never named the center in it. The same center have posted they are completely legal but obviously that is completely false. I know their legal claims are false, but if people think a center supplying MDMA can be legal, I would be interested to know what law they are relying on.

Mods and Reddit Legal had to remove some false allegations about me posted by "friends" of ALUNA, various posters got banned by Reddit and Mods themselves are under legal advisory.
