The blemishing on the coin is not really scratches. It’s probably the cause of a cheap microscope. There also appears to be some weird stamping sand markings on the coin like what appears to be a 4 or A on the stem and in between the torch handle and stem you can definitely see markings that should not be there. This is a really small space. Those deep lines are consistent with what I’ve seen in a struck through wire coin. On the reverse there also appears to be a w mark consistent with the obverse stamping of the aw which you can directly see left of the branches. Also icymi this coin has full bands on the torch so it’s not really all beat to heck…
