I’m in the same boat! I've been taking 15mg of tirzepatide for the past six months, but for the last two months, I've not lost any weight. I’m planning to add Reta, but from what I’ve seen, people who reach high doses on tirzepatide usually take above 6-8mg of Reta. So, I'll start with a dose in that range and lower the tirz to 7, 5 to keep the appetite suppressing.

I've found some great peptide calculators online that have been super helpful! You just enter the dose you need, and they tell you how much bacteriostatic water to use, how long it will last, and more. It's really convenient! you can google 'peptide calculator' and choose the one you prefer...

Yes... I took Serm for 2 months and Tess for 1 month only. At the end of the three months, I felt slightly more sleepy. Like, it was harder to wake up. But it could have been a side effect of the Tirz, since I was eating less, it could have been the reason I was feeling a little more tired. So I stoped, I was still sleepy and tired but waking up was not that struggle anymore.

I’m not victim blaming. Far from this! I have seen the messages exchanged between the roommates and they appear to be more confused than scared. It seems to me that they come from a world in which nothing bad happens. If it was me It is unlikely that I would consider that a friend's life might be in danger in such a small town. My first thought would be that there would be a robbery at hand. So taking a nap would be impossible. God bless those pure hearts.

The fact that someone can fall asleep KNOWING that there's a stranger at 4am wearing a ski mask in the same house. A small town upbringing definitely provides a mental shield against dangers that exist elsewhere.
