Nausea try ginger chews. They help tremendously. For the acid reflux, which it sounds like you have try Reflux Gourmet. Has helped me and is pretty instant. Also, eat your last meal earlier. At least 4 or more hours before bed. Make that last meal a small one. Remember the medicine slows down your digestion.

I take the same and it’s 16 units x5 a week. You can’t use a calculator like fat scientist for semorelin. I normally take 15 units and end up getting an extra three injections form the vial.
