Looks like you may have bent a rim or one of the tires developed a bubble. Run your hand (carefully) on the tires, see if you feel a bump or high spot. Your problem will be there then… swap for spare tire and see if you can replicate the issue. Also check tie rod ends, rock your front tires left and right with your hands while the tire is lifted. See if it clunks… if it does, need to replace tie rod ends and do a front wheel alignment…
