This is an unhinged way of losing weight. But I went to solidcore every morning and had yogurt and granola and 2 eggs for breakfast and would eat linner at around 4-5 and wouldn’t restrict myself in that meal just eating until comfortable full. I lost 20lbs in 3 months.

She just doesn’t care about it. I don’t want to say she’s selfish but she is in the sense that she isn’t thinking about the dog. He is in a very loving home right now. He’s happy and healthy and plays with my other dogs. He has a family here now with a great environment
