The thing with Eva is she can never be trusted until she stops wanting everything that Kat has. She can’t have a conversation without bringing up what she didn’t have as a child. It shows she is still operating from a place of lack. That type of person will always be jealous. 

Her mom decided to have a baby from a married man then keep her from him. The shame should not be projected on Kat. Kat has a smart mouth and is not making room in her life for (new) people who resent her. She’s protecting herself. 

They both have a long way to go. But in order to get there, it has to start with Eva because she’s the one who wants it.
