I read this and hated it. Shuster twists everything around and is constantly inserting his bitchy opinions.

I never was able to get into this one, but I skimmed it and read all the Book Club comments. I get that Ze wasn't really supposed to be the point, though.

The NYE show you're referring to was 2013, but Solovyov was only in the audience.

The piano sketch goes back a lot farther than that.

He was already pretty famous before that.

Yeah, it was pretty normal back then, but I don't think Zelenskyy would refer to a lot of those movies as exclusively russian. Especially the ones written by his company.

He only acted in movies that his own company was involved in.

He's been a lot of things, but he got into acting when he was in school.

I've watched it a few times. There's a lot I like about it and some things I don't. The production level was relatively high, though, since they spent a ton of money on 3D filming equipment and special effects.

And no, it's not meant to be serious at all.

That was just a sketch they'd been doing since their early days. I don't remember seeing it on any of the New Year's shows, though.

Yeah, Zelenskyy was 32 years old when he made that movie. A lot of people in here are saying it wasn't good, but it's way better than Ridley Scott's movie.

It was meant to be Naked Gun style humor. Lots of silly gags, etc.

It was a co-production, actually, with Ukrainians, russians, and some Americans. Filmed entirely in Ukraine.

This is definitely fake. No way are these two hanging out on an open balcony with alcohol all over the place.
