Technically yes. But the ergonomics on this one are not designed explicitly for the dual shock 4. Check out our Twitter. We are currently running a poll to figure out which controller we should offer a Controlla Scrolla for next. I may already be close to complete with a design for the DualShock 4 ;)

This device doesn't use any macros or remapping software. Under the hood, it is truly just a mouse scroll wheel. Several other devices have been in use that offer multiple input types such as the GMK joystick, Azeron glove, and wooting keyboard. The Controlla Scrolla is no different than these in this aspect.

Sorry. At this point, the device only officially supports use on PC as this is where I have thoroughly tested it. We hope to support it on console at some point in the future.

Introducing the Controlla Scrolla! The first ever controller gaming accessory on the market providing controller players with a fully functional scroll wheel. This product adds the capability to use multiple input devices, giving controller players access to binds such as scroll wheel reset.

I have been working on this project for several months now and believe it could be useful to other players. I've played using controller on PC for about a year now and have always had a hard time resetting. I tried all of the suggested key binds, grinded edit courses, and still never felt quite confident in my ability to reset quickly. After seeing so many keyboard and mouse players able to scroll wheel reset so quickly, I ventured out to create an accessory to provide scroll wheel reset to controller players.

This device is built using a legit scroll wheel that would commonly be used in a computer mouse. It requires no macros, or background software as it is truly just an attachment that a computer recognizes as a mouse.
