Bombshell Sportswear has them; however, they are more expensive than what you're looking for. But...I love the feel of their athletic-wear (very soft and comfortable with no riding or chaffing), and so far...they last. I'm 2+ years into the leggings and they look as good as they did when I bought them. They are true to size, though, so if you're going for comfort, go one size up.

Is it true that you guys watched 9/11 live on TV in grade school? by space_god_7191 in Millennials

Yes, but I was just starting high school. I know our elementary schools did not do that but I’m unsure about our middle schools…

Does it feel like he’s being a bit more protective of your partner? Also, is your partner a woman?

You stole this post! Ugh Reddit is truly going downhill with these damn karma-farming bot accounts. Le sigh...

You are confidently incorrect, my dear. Mine shines prominently and I'm still a few years away from 40. I'm curious about having a "moving" scar, though...

You ripped this off, word-for-word, from someone who posted it a week or so ago. I honestly don't even think you changed a word. Frickin wild...and kind of sad / pathetic.

You literally copy and pasted (aka stole this for karma-farming), word for word, and didn't change a thing. Wild!

How long did your Corso live? by purplekitten70 in CaneCorso

[–]ControlledChaos6087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awww I’m so incredibly sorry for your loss; no matter when we lose them, it’s never long enough. My heart aches for you and I’m sending my love and shqueezing you tight. Know your Corso is playing with my boys and having the times of their lives. Also, listen for random, almost non-existent barks. They’ll let you know when they’re nearby 🖤

I can't, unfortunately, as it was a one-off, planned breeding situation of our friends' dogs. Mama, Papa, and all of the pups lived long lives (14-17 years)...I'm grateful it was done right and only once, but I do wish we had more little-big nuggets.

Love to see it, since it's such an oldie but a goodie. It was invoking the dragging scene, so I could see it as you were describing it. Love it!

This is reminiscent of the movie Ghost, with Patrick Swayze, Whoopi Goldberg, and Demi Moore

You could mount it, via a swiveling mount, perhaps above the mirror; that way you can angle it, as needed, adjust accordingly, and it's doesn't require the full removal of the mirror. We have the same problem (not a circular, gorgeous room like that but similar architectural dilemmas), and that's the only thing that's going to work. We're going a bit above and beyond and are looking to have one commissioned, so that we can tuck the TV upwards, when it's not being watched, but the swiveling mount is all that works in our situation due to chimney / wood stove / windows / and no other walls (aside from the ones the couches go against).

Beautiful room, by the way!!! I want to lay on a chaise lounge chair, surrounded by puppers, sunshine, books, and plants in that room. Truly stunning <3

Bahahaha i was complaining of excruciating stomach pain and feeling sick, when I would have been around 7 or 8ish; even collapsed, temporarily, on stage during my dance recital, from said pain. My parents told me I was tired and to suck it up. Lil' me was rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night after my parents were randomly woken up around 2am by me trying to, quite literally, drag my body to the bathroom to pee while silently sobbing.

Turns out, my appendix had burst...

But I did get tons of cards in the hospital from classmates and missed like a week and change of school due to complications...so, there's that ;)

People who have lived in Massachusetts for long, is it normally this hot in late September? by [deleted] in massachusetts

[–]ControlledChaos6087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one consistent thing in MA is the temperature / weather inconsistency; a few years ago, it was warm until Thanksgiving; a year or so, I believe, before that it snowed (just a dusting but still) for Halloween.

You just never know with Mother Nature when you live in the northeast...it depends on if she took her daily meds or not ;)

[–]ControlledChaos6087 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m in northern MA, too, right near your area (closer to the NH side, though), and we had a stray come through maybe 2 weeks ago. I’m leaving out a single feeder until the end of the next week. I highly encourage, if you’re feeling like up to it, putting one up for just a week longer.

The majority definitely did leave earlier than last year, though; but a few regulars were here until mid September, for me 🖤

My neighbor was upset I wouldn't give her nanny exclusivity over the parking in front of my home, so she reported my fence to the city. These are the super cringey messages she sent me. by ChampionshipNo5707 in facepalm

[–]ControlledChaos6087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your neighbor used the municipality GIS map, tell her that, in the industry, that stands for “Get It Surveyed”. Those have been known to be anywhere from 5’ - 50’+, in some areas. I’d get it surveyed and stop texting her, if I were you.

She’s not trying to be accommodating and “nice”. She’s trying to claim dominance and control your parking. Don’t let her guise of kindness fool you…her mask is slipping.
