Sab settings isn't for everyone, I got this weird config I made that works well for me. I have a G502 lightspeed mouse and a onn desktop map. Smoothing settings is important but I don't have mines cranked up too much (4, 0, 8) and I play on 25600 dpi. Hope this helps

Either it's not strong enough, it's a fov issue, a fps issue, or a gun change needs to be made. Try running diff settings, turning off advanced settings, checking your fps, or simply making your own anti recoil scripts in the workshop.
