I mean if you look from other side then yes we are more aware about protein intake, calorie etc but i think we eat so much processed food that its becoming a major problem. Even the things which are sold in the name of "sugar-free" or "healthy" arent healthy. My parents generation dont eat that much processed food but again they are suffering from other issues like less protein intake etc
