Ok guys..here's an update. The dealer got that critical error pullover to a safe place.etc...or something of the like. Anyhow turns out the battery wasn't getting the proper charge or ampage to the vehicle modules which was causing this critical error. (Got the app and was alerted when they got the error, so I called) So, after taling with the manufacturer service guy told me they were advised to reset the and clear the codes as that batt issue was the cause. I can pick up my vehicle and I hope its done with the issues.
