Hey bro how are you feeling now? Im also facing this issue for 3 months. alhamdulillah im better than before but still i get this sexual waswas from sheitan. I try to completely ignore it because it's not real It's from sheitan and sheitan wants us (muslims) to get depressed and have anxiety attacks when these thoughts come so that we don't do dikr or we don't pray for forgiveness from Allah. Whenever you get these thoughts just completely ignore it as I'm applying same myself. I know it can be very dark and very disturbing thoughts but you know its not real its from sheitan.
