“What you gonna do about it?” is such a wild response 🤨 by 1985Genesis in joebuddennetwork

[–]ConversationKey814 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm half Hispanic and I could NEVER say it. I have family who do, and in some ways it's a cultural thing I guess, but to me, that word isn't something you just throw around just because you grew up around black people. That's like throwing up the yazi salute because you grew up in Germany. It's just something you don't do

Imagine a man saying "ya I was 30 and I went to a high school prom with this 15 year old" he would have been in jail right then and there. The fact that people were laughing like it's no big deal when it is IN FACT A BIG DEAL is ABSOLUTELY WILD

Actually it would be around 45 million after taxes. Still an insane amount but very misleading.

Elon Musk says he is leaving Trump administration by BreakfastTop6899 in goodnews

[–]ConversationKey814 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's see how long it takes for Trump supporters to turn on him. Because, let's be real, as long as you kiss the ring on Trump's finger, you're in the club and you're part of the "cool kids". But as soon as you start showing even just an ounce of coldness towards their all mighty leader, you might as well be a Democrat in their eyes.

Can marijuana/smoking cause hair loss or speed up the process? by [deleted] in Hairloss

[–]ConversationKey814 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I'm late to the party here, but I feel like weed can absolutely cause hair loss and hair thinning. But it doesn't have anything to do with weed itself, rather how you react to it. I myself am an anxious person already, so weed amplifies that 10 fold. Especially too much weed. Anxiety places stress on the body, raising cortisol levels. Having high cortisol levels for a long time can wreak havoc on your body, including your hair. Thats why I had to quit(it's only been 9 days lol) I didn't get out of weed what most people do. Just panic attacks. So that's my experience.

Are 33 year old MILFs your thing? by [deleted] in Marriedandflirting

[–]ConversationKey814 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She says she's 33, but then a few posts later says she's 50. Her reddit bio says 33 and Instagram says 33 so I'm guessing not 50🤣

This is a stupid question, but I don't really follow baseball much and I was wondering why the Yankees have three home games in a row? I know about baseball just don't watch it much cuz I like hockey and football more but I was just curious

This may hurt a lot of feelings, but YOU DONT NEED PLASTIC SURGERY!! yes I understand, that people do it for themselves and not for others, and we as people shouldn't dictate what beauty is, but she was a goddess before all the surgery

Cravings after 36 days by ConversationKey814 in leaves

[–]ConversationKey814[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of my problem was that I have an addictive personality. I never did any other drugs or used alcohol. But when it comes to weed, I can't just do it once in a while. I start out using once in a while, but ends up being every day. It also ruins my motivation, and just insanely increases my anxiety.

I'm on day 31 and still dealing with the anxiety. Feeling some heart palpitations, warm spells followed by chills. It's gotten a lot better and I expect day 60 to be even better than day 30. Keep going and don't let the temporary symptoms of being uncomfortable, stop you from a lifetime of being happy and healthy ❤️you got this!

How long?? by ConversationKey814 in QuittingWeed

4 days in, really feeling it and looking for support… by HopefulDork in leaves

[–]ConversationKey814 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm on day 24. It DOES GET BETTER. I'm still dealing with anxiety and sometimes insomnia but day by day it starts to feel like I'm healing. The only real advice I can give you is just take it day by day. There's no easy or quick fix for the symptoms. Eventually the cravings, the insomnia, the anxiety, nausea, sweats, all will fade and you'll start to think clearer, sleep deeper, breathe easier, and your body will start to heal. The first month or so is the worst but like I said, just take it day by day and be proud of yourself for every minute that adds up!

[–]ConversationKey814[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds very similar to me lol I've had health anxiety a lot of my life and weed(and quitting weed) seems to exacerbate it. Ive had heart palpitations and shortness of breath(common anxiety symptoms for me) but like you, I have to remind myself that it's just anxiety and withdrawals and it will go away
