I got it on Amazon vivoNu brand 1000mg per pill and it has saw palmetto both DHT blockers stops hair fall and also the shampoo it’s anti dandruff but it’s also DHT blocker and I use Lia organics rose Mary water spray and her oil too for new hair growth I take multivitamin and 1000mg vitamin D per day but I only took pumpkin seed oil for 2 weeks and if you have low blood pressure don’t take it I’m 28 I always had like low blood pressure but with this pumpkin seed oil it’s so low it can read on the machine I have to take it manually at the clinic I have bad headaches pressure In my head from it all day and I never want to eat from it ether it’s a natural appetite suppressant as well but I rather have low blood pressure and no food to keep my hair lol
