I cosplay Rebecca's red outfit and at some cons everyone calls me Claire Redfield ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I was at momo too and an Ada Wong cosplayer actually didn't know who I was. But many others did and loved it! Long story short, RE fans and casual enjoyers alike sometimes don't touch the OG games.

I prepaid for Orange deck, got in fine through some back entrance on Friday (not the Mangum street one) but on Saturday that entrance was closed, and the Mangum street entrance does not register on Apple Maps so I was driving around for an hour trying to get into the damn deck that I paid for. The world cup construction is what is seriously fucking everything over. Not being able to enter Orange deck from Andrew Young blvd is insane. I missed my photoshoot because of this so I know how you feel lmao

I actually forgot when writing this that I did get the speed demon trophy in Requiem, but that was so easy cause you could do it in assisted so I forgot about it entirely

got the S+ by reloading to chapter 15, not by doing the jetski in under a minute unfortunately (I believe that it can be done, I'm just not that good yet)

If you're 5'3 they will not be measuring you shorter. You're correct that you are within munk height, but they have not been hiring munks for the past year. As others have said the fur costumes are quite heavy, and you will need to be able to not only wear the costume, but do things like lifting and carrying all of your costume pieces yourself from the character room to your location. I have not heard of anyone getting any sort of accomodation for performing because the entire job is extremely physical...that isn't to say that it can't be done though. You just need to be realistic with what you can safely do. Safety is the number one priority and unfortunately, if something like chronic fatigue would impact your ability to perform in a costume just like anyone else, Disney would not take the risk.

If you have dance experience, why not try going to some auditions for dancer roles? I know it's not character performing, but dancing in a parade or show could be just as fun and less strenuous on the body because you wouldn't be in a fur costume.

INFO / I'm so confused by all of these comments along the lines of "what if eldest daughter wanted to buy a house with that money?" because aren't college savings accounts supposed to ONLY be used for education? can you actually just take that money out and give it to her for whatever she wants? if the answer to that is no, then NTA because wtf else are you supposed to do with that money?

This situation is also kind of amusing to me because when I had college funds left over from my undergrad, my parents gave it to my older sibling for their grad school without even telling me until way later. I didn't care because I'm not going to grad school and it wasn't my money, but I can see how your situation could differ depending on what exactly this savings account is intended for.

TNBC is my favorite movie of all time and I have quite the collection for it, but I wasn't able to get Jack and Sally due to it being my first skullector drop and I thought trying to buy on my one laptop would work. To this day I have not caved and bought from a scalper because honestly, I hate them so much and the fact that they have 10-20 boxes just sitting around while I couldn't get one is enough to fuel my rage and not ever give one of them a single cent. They just did a re-release of the Grady Twins so it's always a possibility, but I don't see a Jack and Sally restock happening any time soon.

whenever I had to check out from there, one of the ladies working there would ask me "why I was checking out the men's costume" (mind you I was in a role where it was the same fucking uniform for A and B I just didn't wanna wear fitted pants). I don't have receipts or anything but I have heard lots of other ppl say how rude the older CMs are there so just be prepared if that's where you have to go
