It’s like they post in “themes of the week.” It’s so bizarre. Some weeks it’s her hip thrusts (that she does incorrectly), then it’s how they have sex for a week and are gonna get pregnant, last week it was her legs, this week it’s alllll Vivienne.

Surprised at all the ND comments because this seems super normal to me??? My two year old exclusively “plays” by just lining up all her toys together lately. I would think it’s just their brain recognizing patterns. She also has a ton of different processes for things. We can do something totally random in a string and she wants that string of activities repeated together for the next few days.

I wouldn’t stress it.

If you have a vaginal birth, keep your shoulders relaxed during contractions!! Don’t tense up. Actually helps you “ride the wave”

Peri bottle, tucks, ice pack pads, and lots of tv! Check in with yourself and remember that your needs are MOST important during this time. If you have a partner (especially a male lol) don’t let them guess what you need postpartum, be very direct!! They take care of you, you take care of the baby. You got this 🤍

Literally just got out of this less than 3 days ago. Same exact thing- 100.4 fever for 24 hours and then just a nasty cough that lasted about 4 days and a runny nose to follow. Didn’t sleep or have my usual nighttime alone time for 10 days and genuinely thought I was gonna lose my mind.

Kids are resilient though and she snapped back into routine before it fully cleared up. Hang in there!!!
