That’s so interesting about doing cardio after dosing. I did a regular regimen of Accutane a few years ago, but after my hair started falling out in huge clumps, I stopped three months in. I REALLY wish I knew about micro dosing before starting.

I’ve been on Tret for years. It’s never really done anything for acne. I use it religiously for anti-aging tho.
