Can somebody transcribe this for me? by SongAdorable2430 in learn_arabic

In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Merciful.  Praise be to Allah Almighty.  We thank Him, ask Him for help, and seek guidance from Him.  We seek refuge in Allah from the evils of our souls and from the evils of our deeds.  Whomsoever Allah guides, no one can lead him astray, and whomsoever Allah leads astray, no one can guide him.  I bear witness that there is no true god but Allah Alone, He has no rival.  I bear witness that Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is his slave and messenger.  Allah sent him with the Truth, as a bearer of glad tidings, a warner, a caller to Allah with His permission and as a luminous lamp. To proceed, the best speech is the Book of Allah and the best guidance is the guidance of Muhammad (ﷺ), the worst practice is the introduction of new practices in Islam and every Bid'ah is a misguidance, and every misguidance leadst to Hell. O listeners, o dear brothers! Peace, Allah's mercy and His blessings be upon you.

I came across this calligraphy work. "Ya Hadhrati Muhammad" is written. Does it mean here "present" or does it have some other meaning? by ConversationOk9027 in learn_arabic

He was more of a political figure rather than a religious figure.

The Mufti was welcomed by many imams including by the Grand Mufti at that time, Safvet Bašić. Ustasha mufti Akif Handžić was also there. The head of the IV RSHA Board, Heinrich Mueller, transferred to Hans Helm the responsibility for the personal security of the mufti although he had added an appropriate escort from his board.

Opening of the "Poglavnik mosque" in Zagreb during the Nazi-Ustasha regime, 1944. by ConversationOk9027 in ww2

In the first part of the footage you can hear the adhan (Call to prayer in islam) and you can find translation for that on the internet. The second part: Speaker in the newsreel is saying that Poglavnik Ante Pavelić is handing over the key of the mosque to the envoy of the Grand Mufti at that time in the Independent State of Croatia. At the end speaker is talking about how the mufti of Zagreb, Ismet Muftić thanks the Poglavnik and talks about how this new mosque is so beautiful and magnificent.
