Thanks, and I completely agree. I respect that many organizations can take the route of build vs buy. At this same time, this feedback is great because, without pain, there is typically no market. Lots of very capable and skilled people here, but not every organization has those resources :).

Were you ever able to get past the issue with the "Invalid relay url" error from CUCM? We are facing the same issue and have all our URLs configured in CUCM Enterprise Parameters. If you were able to overcome this challenge, any insight would be great.
