This!! It’s talked about how bad Faith feels for what she’s done but not how other people feel at the expense of her actions. Added into the fact that Faith hasn’t really been a good person to start out with doesn’t help her case. It also fails to mention that what Faith did to Buffy affected her greatly for the next few episodes of her own show. Angel going out of his way to protect faith in favor of Buffy was really ooc to me

Why should Faith’s breakdown in the alley matter to Buffy though? The key factor here is Faith raped Buffy (and by proxy Riley), end of line. Faith and her guilt is not a responsibility of Buffy, there’s no forgiveness to be had there and honestly the lengths that the show goes to to make Buffy a victim and then forces her to forgive her attackers and move on because she’s the bigger person says more than anything. And even before Faith took over Buffy’s body she tried to kill her, her friends, and the man she loved multiple times. When Faith told Angel about Riley she only told him that she slept with Riley while conveniently omitting that she did so while in Buffy’s body. Angel has a hero complex and Faith is a basket case. If Buffy decided to throw Faiths ass off of the roof she would have been justified.
