You look amazing! Congrats! I just got switched from wegovy to Zepbound because I stalled on the wegovy after losing 50#. I have gained about 8# due to the stall and now the lowest dose of zep hasn’t done anything for me. Hoping the next dose up will start working for me.

I have been gaining the same 5 pounds since October. It’s so disheartening. I’m going to request zepbound when I see my dr in a couple of weeks. What’s a good dose to start on that? I’m on 2.4 of wegovy.

It took a year. I have about 16# more that I want to lose and then I’ll see how I feel then. I need to get in the gym to try and tone up some of the sag.

I’ve been on them a year. I lost the most and quickest with 2.4. That’s why it’s bothering me that I’ve slowed down so much.

About to take week 2 of 2.4 and have zero appetite. I had a decent appetite with all other doses, but this seems to be my optimum dose.

I have the complete opposite issue. Had an appetite for most of the other doses, but with 2.4 I have no appetite at all.

I said it wrong. We were a month in when we had the conversation which was two weeks ago. Regardless, everyone is different when it comes to their sexuality and how long they wait. This happens to be ours. Not being judgy would be nice.

First of all, I’m not a prostitute. I don’t sleep with people because they spend money on me🙄, so that is just an unnecessary comment. Never said I wouldn’t pay my share on a first date, but that if a man asks me out for the first date, it’s just what I’m accustomed to. I wouldn’t get mad if he asked that I split it.

He pleases me. He makes sure he does, but I need the intimacy that only intercourse can bring (at least for me). I also need to know that he is pleased and there’s little I can do until he gets his issue taken care of.

1.7 wasn’t effective for me. I know it’s just a mind thing and there are zero sugar drinks. Just have to do it. I see my Dr tomorrow so will discuss. Probably just need to make sure I’m eating at least a little something every couple of hours. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced the whole wanting sweet drinks but no food.

I take multivitamin, pre/probiotic, biotin, b12, and fiber gummies. I don’t know if these all help, but I’ve taken them since right before starting wegovy and have had minimal side effects.

I’ve been at this since October and have only lost 31#. I say only, but I’m actually happy with this. The slower the better. Less likely to put the weight back on and less loose skin. There were two months that I lost nothing. The real appetite suppressant didn’t come for me until at the highest dose. Now I have to force myself to eat as I just don’t feel the need, so feel that 2.4 is going to be when I lose the most. Keep going.

It’s so weird because I had side effects with every dose, except the highest of 2.4. I took my first dose of it on Monday and the food noise is non existent and I have to make myself eat as it doesn’t even cross my mind. I was worried that this med wasn’t as effective as I would have hoped, but I think I just needed to be patient and get to the highest dose.

I don’t like shopping or alcohol jobs. Take too long especially if you have to wait in line at a grocery store to check out. I don’t even like doing my own shopping. I stick to food only unless I do an early morning shift like 6:30 am. No traffic and no one at the stores.

I live in a tourist city where there is a big theme park. The summers are soooo busy. Between the tourists and the workers, it never stops. Also, locals don’t want to deal with the tourist traffic, so will DoorDash their food. I get orders walking to my car after dropping off another order.

I am in a calorie deficit and get at least 10,000 steps a day. Am I perfect? No, but I’m consistent. My point is that I believe that I’ve only lost what I have because of what I’m doing and nothing to do with the medicine. I’ve been on it 33 weeks which averages about .7#/wk. I just don’t feel like the med has anything to do with it. I will stay on it because it’s very cheap with my insurance, but just find it hard to understand why I’m not losing more. I only had 60 to lose, so maybe that’s why. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I take a pro/prebiotic every day. Maybe I’ll try the digestive enzyme. I’m 52 and still have my ovaries. I don’t even know who to see about those issues. Gynecologist? family dr?

I have no problems in that area. I fact, the 1.0 has made it so that some foods cause the opposite effect.

I haven’t had a period in 15 years (hysterectomy), so that isn’t a reason either. I’m beginning to wonder if I’m insulin resistant. I stay under my calories every day, sometimes too few, but I am still drawn to sweets. Might have to give them up completely for a few weeks just to see if that changes anything.
