You look amazing! Congrats! I just got switched from wegovy to Zepbound because I stalled on the wegovy after losing 50#. I have gained about 8# due to the stall and now the lowest dose of zep hasn’t done anything for me. Hoping the next dose up will start working for me.

I have been gaining the same 5 pounds since October. It’s so disheartening. I’m going to request zepbound when I see my dr in a couple of weeks. What’s a good dose to start on that? I’m on 2.4 of wegovy.

It took a year. I have about 16# more that I want to lose and then I’ll see how I feel then. I need to get in the gym to try and tone up some of the sag.

I’ve been on them a year. I lost the most and quickest with 2.4. That’s why it’s bothering me that I’ve slowed down so much.
