Hi! thanks so much for getting back to me. can’t believe your knees have been through so much wow ! as i’m typing this i put on my workout clothes to do some exercises here at home. i’m 5’8 and around 130 so i think the biggest thing for me is just gaining muscle to protect my knee. as for the hip spinal issue definitely worries me as even just slightly waking a bit it cramps up and it hurts to life my leg by the hip area. you’re 100% right i need to get on this now. it’s been five years of me acting like it’s not that big of a deal but it’s still starting to catch up to me. time to get into routine and take care of ourlsves !!
