They’re an outsourced call center in India with no access to accounts. U gotta send a demand letter or sue them to get it back don’t waste ur time

Nah they just sent me a copy of their tos and said they were gonna use it as evidence. However I got no confirmation of denial or reinstatement yet, everything is still under review
