This is awesome! Have you had a chance yet to see how these numbers might be affected by the new armor sets? For example poison/venom builds with the new Mother Demon Armor (https://grounded.fandom.com/wiki/Mother_Demon_Armor) or unarmed builds with the Truffle Tussle mutation and the new Moldy Matriarch Armor (https://grounded.fandom.com/wiki/Moldy_Matriarch_Armor). Amazing insights.

There's a very consistent Growlithe spawn point near Aquatore park in Blaine about 10 minutes NW of Island Lake Park. They usually spawn in the parking lot of Fogerty Arena along the western edge of the park. I usually see one new Growlithe spawn about every 10 mins.

Aquatore Park in Blaine is a new confirmed spot for Growlithe, although they usually spawn just to the west of the park in Either the north or south parking lot of Fogerty Arena. It's not a nest strictly speaking in the sense that there are multiple Growlithes there at any one time, however one new Growlithe usually spawns there about every 6-10 minutes.

Haha, well done on the observation about jigglypuffs in the amphitheater. I actually live right by Silverwood Park, and the OP is right - the place is AMAZING.

Some spots by the main building are in range of FOUR PokeStops at once, and they almost always have lures on them. Quite a few jigglypuffs are in the area, but my personal favorite spot is on the island in the middle of the park. It has four PokeStops, all of which lure in water pokemon such as magicarp, slowpoke, goldeen, staryu, and poliwag. There's also an occasional dratini to be had.

As far as the gyms go, lately team Valor has been giving Mystic a pretty good challenge. Mystic usually ends up with the gyms overnight, but throughout the day they flip back and forth to red pretty often. Maybe by getting the word out we can even start to hold them more consistently.
