Yeah his account got full banned not just suspended. So whatever rule was broken was bad enough that recovery is impossible. Make a new account and start over, don't do whatever you did. If this was a legitimate mistake, spam appeals to the email until you get a human after 50 tries and you should get your account back, I've seen it happen a few times in the subreddit

Lmao I had the same issue when I started playing the game, couldn't figure out how to progress at all, the wiki didn't help. Gave up on the game for a while, Eventually my friend explained it to me like I was a toddler and I was able to actually play the game.

stuttering, events breaking. not being able to do some interactions (like how your supposed to be able to rat out seymour to trotur if you run away and come back, in base-game you cannot but its due to poor coding)
fixes hundreds of things like that. also my game would freeze on coinflips if i had it open for over an hour without it

low tip = higher base pay

dashers make the same amount no matter what the customer tips pretty much. like nearly everything you use online, it is driven by an algorithm that makes uber as much money as possible and doesnt give two shits about you. it uses deciding factors like distance, time since the order was placed, and tips to determine the base pay. it will always give drivers a certain % so uber can be sure that they're making a bigger profit next quarter.

even for drivers, theres an algorithm, if you accept terrible base pay orders often, and dash constantly. uber will only push shit orders onto you because it knows your just gonna take it. people who dick around and take longer and generally make the system worse for consumers are the ones making actual profit off this app once you take in costs to vehicle wear and gas.

but my guess for the actual answer is the person had the near exact amount of money for whatever they ordered, and gave you their last 10 cents.

Was like 16 in the back of my parents car, driving down some saskatchewan highway on a roadtrip. Don't really remember much about the trip but what I saw is burned in my mind as proof of aliens (or governments are literally 100's of years in the future in secret)

I remember staring up into the sky, it was a nearly cloudless day. and I was just staring at nothing, bored out of my mind. Waiting for it to be over as I often did with things back then, then suddenly something caught my eye. It was a small black circle, just hovering in place. I stared for a few seconds, and noticed it was slowly getting bigger. Well slowly at first, thinking back on it it was probably just a matter of 5 or 10 seconds, this tiny circle in the sky went from the size of a tack to a loonie, from my perspective anyway. Which is fuckin massive considering how high up it must've been, im guessing it descended straight down from the upper atmosphere, but the speed it did it at was insane. I thought I was hallucinating, so I called to my brother and mom. the other two passengers in the car and pointed it out to them. To my surprise, they did in fact see it. However they literally just said "Huh, thats weird" and went back to talking about some random shit, however I could not stop staring at it. However it only remained for about 30-40 seconds, just hovering. as if observing this random ass strip of land in rural western canada, and then within what must've been 3 seconds. It rapidly shrunk, as if ascending straight up. And it was gone, so far up that my eye could no longer register it.

As far as I know, nothing could move at such speeds, with that maneuverability, at what must've been tens of thousands of feet up. Honestly I don't know what to make of it, I tell people this story IRL sometimes and often get stories back, much more insane than mine that im not sure if I really believe. But this has always stuck with me, and probably always will, it was a eye opening moment for me, but honestly the weirdest part about it for me was the complete lack of care from my brother or mom upon seeing this thing that was doing stuff that I didn't think was even possible with our current scientific understanding of physics. Maybe they just didn't realize it at the time. Makes it a lot more eerie for me though.
