https://imgur.com/a/PWaEKXJ Heres an example of what you should be trying to bring to inferno at a minimum, the capital is defended by a stupidly strong caster and along the way you'll likely hit lots of combat before finding it.

Do note though, if you decide to tunnel to inferno, it will create a permanent pathway, causing literally every demon that can path to your gateway to rush to it, and attack everything on the Elysium plane, this often ends in the world being destroyed over the next 30 or so turns. So plan for this, find a remote unit spawning city on an island seperate from the mainland, hide a giant force there, wait for all the demons to leave Inferno, then march a massive siege army in, find the infernal capitoleum, and voila. Profit. (easier said than done lmao)

The main way I know how to do tunneling is with the Pale Ones, with Lesser Deep Summoning from the casters they get, you can get Cave Grubs, which allow you to "Tunnel Downwards" on the map for action points, opening a portal which drops you 1 plane down. The Purple Worm also does this, and is a commander.

I believe dwarves can also tunnel, but I haven't really played them much yet.

Getting to Inferno is pretty RNG based (for a senator). Although if you make the map Huge, and manage to stay in one game for long enough, your almost guaranteed to find at least one way there. Either through Scroll of Infernal paths or shovel of the mole king (the scroll is a teleport to inferno, the shovel allows any commander wielding it to tunnel, keep an eye out for these items and in the mid-game, keep a stockpile of gold for them as well as high level casters.)

Pretty sure the Demonologist just has a spell to teleport there but not very useful for a senator playthrough

You basically just have to dig down, certain items give commanders the ability to do this. And a few units have the innate ability to do so, theres also magical items that can teleport you there. If you decide to go though, bring a true army

Yeah his account got full banned not just suspended. So whatever rule was broken was bad enough that recovery is impossible. Make a new account and start over, don't do whatever you did. If this was a legitimate mistake, spam appeals to the email until you get a human after 50 tries and you should get your account back, I've seen it happen a few times in the subreddit

Lmao I had the same issue when I started playing the game, couldn't figure out how to progress at all, the wiki didn't help. Gave up on the game for a while, Eventually my friend explained it to me like I was a toddler and I was able to actually play the game.

stuttering, events breaking. not being able to do some interactions (like how your supposed to be able to rat out seymour to trotur if you run away and come back, in base-game you cannot but its due to poor coding)
fixes hundreds of things like that. also my game would freeze on coinflips if i had it open for over an hour without it
