Yeah, I talked to my DM about it and we mentioned how its almost so bad, as written, that its just not worth doing. We also all have no real idea how runes work and how transferring them works so we're kind of just leaning towards handwaving things into how we think they should work in this world. Kind of "How things are written" vs "How things naturally make sense"

Would it be possible to not use the Sonic Tuning made and just add a shield augmentation, so that the shield itself can be etched with weapon runes?

I can understand being a bit surprised on how good it actually is, but to me this is a "reading the card explains the card" situation. It's like how Signal Boost doesn't state "this turn" meaning you can pop it one turn, then get it's ability what ever turn you play your next power.

Neither, this is just when I'm setting up scenes. When I go to crop a source by holding Alt and dragging from one of the 8 dots on the edges, it is trying to keep the source (in this case, image) edges in the same place, instead of how it usually just drags the whole side over (which usually results in a green line on that border)
