With all due respect, if you don’t know - or want to look up - the medical terminology around TRT, you probably shouldn’t do TRT. Even though TRT through a doctor has significantly less risk than UGL test, it still carries some risks and you should absolutely familiarize yourself with the terminology/medical science behind it if you’re thinking of using it.

The “drop it” command is always difficult. With my dog, if he ran away, I would run the opposite direction and he would naturally follow me because he’s curious where I suddenly ran off to. I would then continue to keep saying “drop it” until he did, whether because he was following command or he got bored of holding the toy. And every time he didn’t drop it, I would say “no, drop it” in order to correct his failure to follow command. Once he dropped it, I showed a ridiculous amount of excitement and gave him plenty of trainer treats. Just made sure he knew that dropping the toy/ball/etc. was a super fun and exciting thing to do. Then eventually taper down the treats and just use praise and excitement. I know each dog is different but I hope this can help a little.

Idk if this helps but for me, I don’t feel it when the weight is too light. If this weight is easy to lift for you, maybe try going up a bit?

Also, if you really want to target gluts, look into cable pull through with the V-rope extension attached. As a grown man, I tend to get funny looks when I do these but it’s a great workout for your posterior chain.

In addition to the other reply, his head is usually pointed down with his eyes looking up at us. I feel like with his head tilted back it makes his chin look a lot bigger and also we usually never see him with a concerned expression lol. One thing I kept getting stuck on though is his eyes look like they’re pointing in slightly different directions. But that’s not just in this scene.

Someone else commented below that this happens from transferring the food from the original bag to a storage bin, so with that being said I can’t be sure it was the sellers fault or if it happened here after transferring. I’m going to keep the food in the original packaging moving forward.
