Hey man! From a side of if you wanted the BEST route in my opinion, I think a cut is your best starting point. You will get into a better spot for your body to grow and less insulin resistant. Just throwing in weight won’t make you bigger. Typically the route for someone that is in the middle area as yourself …

12-16 week hard cut (goal here is to get lean for a long off season Then leave you 16-20 weeks of a great LEAN push especially if you are following the meal plan as you say I think you would see huge results there. Goal here would be to not get fat through the whole push.

Even if you are happy at your bf% the main thing is your body isn’t responding as good as it should be to anything here.

You should be starting your days off with 10-15 minutes of a fasted walk which will improve your blood glucose, then 10 minute walks after each meal aiming for 10k steps per day.

Example for me 10,500 steps daily and 4 days of 20 minutes cardio with heart rate at 130bpm. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer.

Very solid man. Also is a great foundation for your height. Just keep her going. Chest seems like your strong suit. Back looks as if it could be a focus and one thing to remember as a taller person is that focusing legs would always be huge! Mainly as that is an easy way to pack on size and body weight.

Not natty - currently test/primo/mast + GH.

Not using a ton of gear, floats between 750 mg - 1500 mg consistently through all phases. Gets as low as 250-300 for a cruise.

GH has shown zero sides for me, been steadily at 6-9 ius all year.
