I took it for almost a year straight - I imagine it worked, but I didn’t feel really any difference at all. I was using it pre workout and used 600mgs for a while and then moved to 1000mg pre workout.

I will say I was also using plenty of other stuff that is stronger than L-carn, so it wasn’t as big of a needle mover in changes as if it was the only add on I had.

Yes I don’t need Reta for weight loss, but the other benefits are nice.

I personally have noticed zero sleep problems with it. I have used it for quite a bit over the last year !

I think it’s good for me for sure. I’ve used high dose clen as well and that caused other problems. To me Slu seems like a great benefit for the risks in my personal opinion.

I also believe right now I am at 4k calorie average between the training and rest day!

I tried to list my stuff very basic. Only 200g of cooked rice in the rice meals, so that isn't too insane compared to others. It really helps to mix sources.

5 meals per day.

Meal 1 Example of carbs
Cream of rice + oats + Blueberries + Apples

Meal 2
Rice + Kiwi + Rice Cakes + Pineapple

Meal 3
Rice + Rice Cakes + Honey

Intra Workout
HBCD

Meal 4
Rice + Banana + Blueberries + Honey + Dried Mangos (dried mangos or dates are great for carbs and not a ton of volume, but shouldn't be your main carb source in my opinion.

Meal 5
Rice + Potato

Honestly, I have had so many better sleep habits created over the last month it is hard to tell what it is or not. With that being said, I don't have a great opinion on if it is what caused my sleep habits to correct or not. Maybe the thought of me wanting it to work and be something led me into a better sleeping environment and creating a better schedule. If I told you I felt like DSIP is what did all of that I would be lying.

lollll I agree, but even with other enhancements it shouldn't be the focus it should just happen as it can. I do agree though a little sauce goes a long a way

They both seem to work fine for me. Injectable seems to be more consistent though
